Sliding Scale Discount Program

Enliven Therapy LLC will make eligible free or discounted outpatient behavioral-health services available to patients with limited ability to pay. No patient will be denied access to services solely because of the inability to pay. Eligibility will be determined using family size and income, consistent with applicable NHSC requirements and law.
