Meet Josh!

The first step toward progress isn’t always easy, but it is where meaningful change begins. My approach to counseling is integrative and grounded, with individualization, collaboration, and purpose at the foundation. I support clients in exploring challenges, gaining insight, and working toward growth with intention and clarity.

Prior to becoming a counselor, I served in United States Army Special Operations and completed four combat deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My military experience reinforced the importance of resilience, responsibility, and discipline in the face of challenges.

Josh holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Addictions Counseling from Troy University. He practices a person-centered and integrative counseling approach, drawing from evidence-based practices while thoughtfully tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals.

Josh works with individuals and couples. He supports clients who may be dealing with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotion regulation, life transitions, addictive behaviors, relationship difficulties, and more.
