We are located in Brewton, Alabama. At this time we are offering both in person and virtual therapy sessions. In regards to virtual therapy sessions, we can service anyone located in the State of Alabama or Florida by utilizing a free, secure, and HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

During your first appointment, you and your therapist will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what your goals are for beginning therapy. At the conclusion of your first session, you and your therapist will discuss a treatment plan together and schedule future sessions.

The length of time you spend in therapy will vary from client to client and will depend on how quickly you meet your goals.

Yes, we do! At this time we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/Optum, American Behavioral, Cigna/Evernorth, New Directions, Aetna, Tricare East, Military OneSource, AmBetter of Alabama, Wellcare, and VA Community Care Network.

Yes! We accept Alabama Medicaid for children only, for ages 18 and under. A referral from your child’s primary care provider is required for Medicaid clients. Please call the office for more questions regarding this!

Yes! Enliven Therapy LLC is a professional counseling practice offering a large variety of mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. We have recently added ADD/ADHD testing to our list of services! Any of our clinicians can provide this service. We use a combination of credible assessments and screeners to provide a diagnostic impression based on the results of these assessments. The testing process includes: Intake session with client and/or parents, Testing session with the client, Report writing once all assessments are completed, Feedback/Results session.

If you do not have insurance or you opt out of using your insurance to cover your sessions, we provide an “out of pocket” rate. This rate will vary based on which therapist you are seeing and their licensure level. Please contact the office for more details.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical items and services.You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service.
You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling a session.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
